why our time matters

Story

My journey started in military communications before moving into corporate roles in IT and leadership with companies like Mars and Motorola Solutions. For years I worked at the intersection of people and technology, helping teams perform better through smarter systems and innovation.

In 2022, I was diagnosed with cancer. It stopped me in my tracks and forced me to rethink everything I thought I knew about success, work, and what really matters. During recovery, I started diving deep into artificial intelligence. I realised how powerful it could be for business owners who were feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, and uncertain about the future.

That experience changed everything for me. I decided to dedicate my time to helping others use AI to reclaim time, reduce stress, and make smarter decisions. Today, I speak to business leaders across Australia about how to bring AI into their organisations in a practical, human way that makes work easier and life better.

The reason I do this is simple: AI isn’t about replacing people, it’s about empowering them to perform at their best and focus on what truly matters. It's also about freeing up your time so that you can spend it doing what matters most to you.
